About Our Chicago Location

Furnished with state-of-the-art technology, our Chicago facility is located in the West Loop submarket at the corner of Van Buren and Canal Streets, in close proximity to Union Station, Ogilvie Transportation Center, and LaSalle Street Station and is directly adjacent to the I-290 expressway for direct access to Chicago’s interstate system.


We Work Closely with Several Businesses in the Chicago Area

New Horizons maintains relationships with several businesses in the area, including Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership and Illinois Department of Employment Services, so once your training is complete, career opportunities may already await you. We also work closely with the WorkForce Staff to help determine if you are eligible for training. At New Horizons, we are focused on tailoring our training to meet your unique needs and to help prepare you for the workforce.

Plus, with the guidance of an Education Counselor, you can develop job goals and build a training guide to not only achieve those goal but surpass them!

It is our goal to provide job placement services to our students while enrolled in our programs. This one-on-one support gives you an edge over thousands of candidates looking for similar jobs. As part of this support, you have access to career skills assessments, resume development/review and distribution, interview coaching, job search assistance and other professional development resources.

Career Assessment and Guidance

Today, individuals are changing jobs and careers more than ever before. Our career consultants provide free career assessment and advice on a variety of careers, ranging from project management, IT security, database administration, and countless others. Consultants also assess your individual skill level to help determine the best program that fits your needs.

An Exceptional Classroom Experience

When individuals train for a career, it is important to be able to practice the concepts taught in the classroom. With our live, virtual lab environment, you will receive valuable hands-on training and experience. In addition, all classes are recorded and available for six months, enabling you to review and retain the information long after the course ends.
